With no raw egg or raw wheat flour, this cookie dough is meant to be eaten straight from the spoon. The chickpea base adds fiber and keeps you full, while tahini and carob molasses give it a sweet, nutty flavor. It's calorie-dense, so enjoy it in small portions.

Method

  1. Drain, rinse and thoroughly pat dry the chickpeas.

  2. Put everything except the chocolate chips into a food processor.

  3. Process into a smooth dough.

  4. Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon.

  5. Scoop small portions onto a tray.

  6. Chill for 15 minutes in the fridge, then 5 minutes in the freezer, and serve.
