Little banana 'nuggets' form as the oats cling to the slices in the pan, then meet creamy quark. A sweet, filling and fast option for breakfast or a snack. Walnuts and cocoa mass add crunch and a slightly bitter edge.
Method
Brush a non-stick pan with a little olive oil and spread it over the base.
Scatter the oats in the pan and slice the banana over them.
Drizzle 1 tbsp honey over the banana and turn on the heat.
Cook, stirring, until the oats stick around the banana slices.
If the oats won't stick, add a little water and keep stirring.
Spoon the quark into a bowl or onto a plate and top it with the banana nuggets.
Sprinkle with cinnamon if you like and drizzle with the remaining honey.
Finish with the walnuts and cocoa mass and serve.

Tips
- If the oats don't cling to the banana, a splash of water helps them stick right away.
- Stirring with a spoon works better than shaking the pan.
- No cocoa mass? Use the same amount of chocolate chips.
FAQ
What if the oats won't stick to the banana?
